- Muscle strains, sprains, fractures, or joint injuries
- Cardiovascular events during or after exercise

If you experience any pain, discomfort, dizziness, nausea, difficulty breathing, chest pain, or any other concerning symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

Meal plans and recipes provided through the Service may contain or suggest foods that include common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame.
It is your sole responsibility to:

The Trellis Way shall not be held liable for any allergic reaction or adverse health effect resulting from the consumption of foods suggested through the Service.

While physical fitness and proper nutrition can positively impact mental well-being, we recognize that fitness programs and dietary changes can also present psychological challenges. Please be aware of the following:
- Tracking food intake, body weight, and body measurements can be triggering for individuals with a history of or predisposition to eating disorders or body dysmorphia
- The Service is not a substitute for mental health counseling or treatment

- Progress photos and community comparisons should not be used as a sole measure of self-worth or success
